CONTINUOUS FLOW SYSTEMS
This powerful system with its dual transport system and quadruple drive for high through-feed performance quickly and reliably machines workpieces on both sides up to a width of 200mm, and on one side up to a width of 400 mm. The workpieces are consistently turned over and repositioned.
The newly developed disc grinding, brushing and polishing tools have a high ratio effect with up to a 9-level machining capability.
The machine functions as an isolation system: mechanical and technical control components are protected against abrasive process agents. Feed and discharge systems such as conveyor belts, roller conveyors and pick-and-place devices can be readily incorporated.

CONTINUOUS FLOW SYSTEMS
Consistent ongoing development now allows for quick and reliable machining of workpieces on both sides up to a width of 200 mm (250 mm), and on one side up to a width of 400 mm (500 mm). The machine can be fitted with a return feed turning module, as well as a washing and blow-off module, for machining workpieces on both sides.
Newly developed disc machining tools perfectly remove even extreme primary and secondary burring with up to a 9-level machining capability. The machine is designed as an isolation system. All components are protected against abrasive process agents. All feed and discharge systems can be incorporated.

APPLICATION AREAS
CONTINUOUS FLOW SYSTEMS
- Deburring finely cut workpieces in conjunction with primary deburring and rounding off edges.
- Secondary deburring of single or double surface-ground components such as pump parts.
